Attended barista course for 5 days. Learning environment is very comfortable as well as well equipped. you get hands on experience as well as thorough guidance especially if you are a newbie like myself. I finished the course feeling confident on making a nice cup of coffee with questionable latte art (skill issue, not teacher issue). Very recommended for people looking to learn about coffee or upskilling in general

I enrolled with CoffeeHub for my SCA CSP Barista Skills Programme because it is one of the very few organizations offering tax exemption for its upskilling courses. I am so glad I made the right choice! CoffeeHub truly lives up to its label as the Barista Playground. I am still digesting everything I have learned and experienced with Nick and the team - Mia, Bee Go and Chia. I appreciate very much the small, intimate class where fellow students of varying backgrounds bond closely with one another. I have gained invaluable lessons from and with them. The learning environment is safe and non-judgmental where every kind of questions - including those from a non-coffee drinker like me - are welcomed and answered with utmost patience and understanding. My whole perspective is opened to the wonders of coffee after my SCA CSP Barista Skills Foundation course. Nick goes above and beyond to ensure we receive more than we have paid for. Our needs were catered to and our well-being was thoughtfully taken care of. He has successfully converted me into a coffee explorer and coconut milk enthusiast! The hub is impressively equipped with various coffee brewing toys, and different types of milk and flavoured syrup. We were able to play with the tools available and make our own daily drinks. This generosity in allowing us the creativity of coffee adventure is deeply enriching. Learning to clean as we go allows us to have a taste of what it is like to work as a barista, always being mindful of the consumer experience. The continuous flow of customers to the hub throughout our training is testament to the reputation and quality of service and products offered. We witnessed Nick and the team meticulously guide and match patrons to the best suited items as they leave assured and satisfied. I was so immersed in this wonderful ecosystem that I was very reluctant to leave the place, even after the programme is completed. Thank you for such an unforgettable and whimsical journey!

Coffee Hub provides pretty much everything you need to learn, and the best part is that you can immediately put the knowledge into practice with their equipment and up-to-date facilities. By the end of the course, not only did I successfully earn my SCA Barista Skills – Foundation certificate, but I also gained more confidence in my barista skills, expanded my coffee knowledge, and took another big step closer to pursuing a career in the coffee industry. I hope that CAN Academy @ Coffee Hub stay consistent in their teachings and business so that others can experience what i experienced here.
