Good experience to learn a new skill, such as barista and other coffee skills. The trainer was good, knowledgeable and patient. Overall training is above and beyond foundational knowledge, and you also get to learn and practice hands-on. My experience was through the EIS training program, so it's helpful for those trying to find new opportunities if you're unfortunately facing loss of employment. It's was an encouraging week during training. ☕🤎

Completed my 5 days of Foundation in Barista (SCA Barista skill foundation under SIP (PERKESO)) with CAN Academy located in Klang. Gained good knowledge on overall coffee processing and brewing. Got hands on as well for us to practice more and improve skills.

I recently completed a 5-day training program at CAN Academy under the SIP PERKESO initiative and it was a very valuable experience. Throughout the training the instructors, CC were knowledgeable, supportive and very hands on. The learning environment was comfortable and encouraging, making it easy and practice confidently. Overall this program has strengthened my skills and improved my confidence significantly.
